Peppermint is popular in countless forms—from toothpaste to chewing gum. As an essential oil, it is useful to ease breathing and as a digestive aid.*

Peppermint essential oil has so many uses. It’s used for headaches, stress, colds and indigestion. I like to use it as a bug repellant – not only for pesky ants that appear on the kitchen counter, but also as a DIY deodorant spray. I mix peppermint oil with lemon and tea tree oil in liquid (water or witch hazel) and spray it on my body. No more toxic deodorant/antiperspirant. It keeps me smelling fresh and feeling great.
Not that bad
